F-12/CF混杂复合材料纵向拉伸性能研究 被引量:23

摘要 研究了铺层参数对F 12芳纶纤维与HTA P30炭纤维混杂复合材料纵向拉伸性能及混杂效应的影响。结果表明,与炭纤维混杂后,可显著提高F 12芳纶纤维复合材料的纵向拉伸模量,且混杂复合材料的纵向拉伸模量基本符合混合定律的预测值。而纵向拉伸强度均低于混合定律的预测值,表现出明显的混杂负效应,但断裂延伸率表现出明显的混杂正效应。铺层顺序对纵向拉伸强度及其延伸率有显著影响,混杂比为17%左右时,混杂材料综合性能最佳。 The effect of lamination parameters on the longitudinal tensile properties of F-12/CF hybrid composites was studied. The results show that hybrid with carbon fiber, the longitudinal tensile modulus of F-12 aramid fiber composites is improved obviously, the modulus of its composites meet with the value evaluated by rule of mixture (ROM). Although the longitudinal tensile strength of hybrid composites are lower than the value evaluated by ROM and negative hybrid effect appears, positive hybrid effect in elongation-to-break occurs. The sequence of the lamination has a significant effect on the tensile strength. The comprehensive properties of hybrid composite are optimum at hybrid ratio of 17%.
