摘要
论述了炭/ 炭复合材料的界面结构特点,及其对材料宏观力学性能的影响,指出在C/C材料中存在多种层次的界面结构。其中束内界面和束间界面的粘接性能对C/C 材料的宏观力学性能有重要的影响。对于界面剪切强度存在一个临界值,低于该临界值,纵向拉伸性能随界面剪切强度的提高而提高;高于该临界值,纵向拉伸性能随界面剪切强度的提高反而降低。
The characteristics of interphase in C/C composite materials and its effect on the macromechanical properties have been discussed.The paper point out there exists multigradation interfacial structures in C/C composites,and the inter-bundle and outer-bundle interfaces have import role in controlling the mechanical properties of C/C composites.
