摘要
根据郑王油田特超稠油的产能预测指标,结合目前郑王油田地面系统现状,提出利用已建场站和管道分布,优化地面系统的总体布局的思路。并根据特超稠油特点从集输方式、掺水比例、掺水加热方式、稠油脱水工艺等方面简要介绍了地面工艺系统的优化设计。
According to the prediction indexes of ultra-heavy oil productability and current status of the surface system in Zhengwang Oilfield,the overall layout consideration on utilizing the built stations and pipelines for surface system optimization is presented.The optimal design of surface process system is briefly introduced with respects to gathering mode,water mixing ratio,water heating way and heavy oil dehydration process etc.based on the characteristics of ultra-heavy oil.
