摘要
大庆油田萨南开发区持续开发60余年,随着采出液含水率不断升高、原油产量逐步下降,开发效果差、系统效率低、运行成本高等问题日趋严重。为解决上述问题、达到提质增效的目的,萨南开发区在产能建设工程中采取“三优一减”等措施,并对地面系统进行了优化调整。在产能建设工程中,采用“总体规划、分期实施”建设模式,地面布局总体优化,并充分利用系统剩余能力及新技术新工艺,控制建设规模、满足开发需求、降低建设投资;南七-杏一区创新建设模式,与南六区对比,单井地面投资下降13%,注入体系质量合格率提高15%,开发效益显著改善。在系统优化调整中,将按驱油方式分类更新为按化学剂浓度分类,脱水站集中脱水向转油站提前放水转变,布站方式也由分散布站转变为集中布站、联合布站,形成了以“水系统”为控制点的优化模式;南六区地面系统优化后,管理点数量由13处降为4处,减少劳动定员95人,站场负荷率大幅度提高,预计年节气1328×10^(4)m^(3),年节电2478×10^(4)kWh。
Sanan Development Zone of Daqing Oilfield has been continuously developed for more than 60 years.With the continuous increase in the water content of produced liquid and the gradual decline in crude oil production,the problems of poor development effectiveness,low system efficiency,and high operating costs are becoming increasingly serious.In order to solve the above problems,and achieve the goal of improving quality and efficiency,measures such as"three optimization and one simplification"have been taken in the production capacity construction projects in Sanan Development Zone,and the ground system has been optimized and adjusted.In the production capacity construction projects,the construction mode of"overall planning and phased implementation"is adopted,the overall layout of the ground is optimized,and the remaining capacity of the system is fully utilized,new technologies and new processes are fully utilized to control the construction scale,meet development needs,and reduce construction investment.Through innovative construction models,compared with the Nan-6 Zone,the surface investment of a single well has decreased by 13%,the quality qualification rate of the injection system has increased by 15%,and the development efficiency has significantly improved in Nan-7 Xing1 Zone.In the process of system optimization and adjustment,the classification by oil flooding method has been updated to the classification by chemical agent concentration.The centralized dehydration of the dehydration station has been changed to the early water discharge of the oil transfer station,and the station layout method has also been changed from decentralized distribution to centralized and combined distribution,forming an optimization mode with the"water system"as the control point.After the optimization of the ground system in South-6 Zone,the number of management points has been reduced from 13 to 4,the labor quota has been reduced by 95 people,and the station load rate has been significantly increased.The annual gas saving is expected to be 1328×10^(4)m^(3)and annual power saving is estimated to be 2478×10^(4)kW·h.
