热处理对纳米多层镁合金材料制备的影响 被引量:2

Influence of heat treatment on the preparation of magnesium alloy nano-multilayer material

摘要 本文通过累积叠轧(ARB)的方法对AZ31变形镁合金在不同的退火温度下进行了7个周期的ARB剧烈塑性变形,其中每个周期的变形量为75%,道次压下量为15%,退火温度分别为250℃、300℃和350℃。随着退火温度的升高,晶粒长大明显,孪晶组织逐渐消失。同时在叠轧的过程中,通过引入纯铝作为包覆材料,实现了化学热处理,使基体材料中弥散分布着Al2O3颗粒,阻碍了热传导,促进了层界面结合,基体材料的平均晶粒尺寸达到1~2μm。 本文通过累积叠轧(ARB)的方法对AZ31变形镁合金在不同的退火温度下进行了7个周期的ARB剧烈塑性变形,其中每个周期的变形量为75%,道次压下量为15%,退火温度分别为250℃、300℃和350℃。随着退火温度的升高,晶粒长大明显,孪晶组织逐渐消失。同时在叠轧的过程中,通过引入纯铝作为包覆材料,实现了化学热处理,使基体材料中弥散分布着Al2O3颗粒,阻碍了热传导,促进了层界面结合,基体材料的平均晶粒尺寸达到1~2μm。
