摘要
针对白钠镁矾矿产资源的加工开发,提出以硫酸铵做盐析剂分离白钠镁矾制备镁氮复肥和硫酸钠的设想,该设想须以Na2SO4-MgSO4-(NH4)2SO4-H2O四元体系相图作指导.鉴于此,本文依据25℃时3个三元体系Na2SO4-(NH4)2SO4-H2O、MgSO4-(NH4)2SO4-H2O和MgSO4-Na2SO4-H2O的溶解度衡数据,采用Pizter电解质溶液活度模型对Na2SO4-MgSO4-(NH4)2SO4-H2O四元体系的相平衡进行了计算,并用实验对计算值进行了验证,结果表明计算值与实验值相吻合,研究结果为新工艺开发提供了理论基础.
The resources of bloedite in China is extremely rich. However, the resource has not been reasonablely exploitated. In order to develop a new method for processing the mineral resources, the authors proposed an idea of separation bloedite to prepare magnesium-nitrogen compound fertilizer and sodium sulfate with ammonium sulfate salting-out agent. The vision must make phase diagram of quaternary system Na2 SO4-MgSO4-(NH4) 2 SO4-H2 O as guide. In view of this, the solubility data of ternary system Na2 SO4-MgSO4-(NH4) 2 SO4-H2 O, MgSO4-(NH4) 2 SO4-H2 O and MgSO4-Na2 SO4-H2 O were calculated and associated based on the Pitzer electrolyte solution theory for the phase equilibrium. The calculated values are validated with experimental values and the results showed the calculated values coincided with experimental values. Results of the study have provided a theoretical basis for the development of new technology in this area.
