摘要
氯化钠盐析方法能够提高湿法合成过碳酸钠时过氧化氢的利用率,为了便于Na2CO3-NaCl-H2O2-H2O四元体系相图对实际生产的指导设计,本文对该体系的溶解度进行了计算.以Pitzer电解质溶液理论为基础,引入离子强度函数来表达两电解质之间及电解质与非电解质之间的作用系数,分别用Na2CO3-H2O2-H2O、NaCl-H2O2-H2O和Na2CO3-NaCl-H2O三元子体系的溶解度数据对作用系数进行了回归,预测了15℃和25℃时Na2CO3-NaCl-H2O2-H2O四元体系的溶解度,计算值与实验测定值相吻合.
