摘要
运用人体生物科学手段,对10名优秀赛艇女子运动员2年的研究表明:对运动员进行运动机能的评定,从而寻找适宜运动负荷并对运动负荷的量与强度进行严格控制,能使运动员产生良好机能性适应,避免运动员训练不足或过度训练,使训练节省化、精确化,迅速提高运动成绩。
Human biological science was used to study the training of ten elite oarswomen for two years. The results showed that the performance ability of the oarswomen improved quickly through the evaluation of the motor function of the oarswomen, finding suitable training workload for them, and strictly controlling the workload and intensity so as to obtain good finctional adaptation for the oarswomen, to avoid insufficient or over training and to make training more accurate and economized.
