摘要
高校体育专项课由于各项目对身体的影响不尽相同,为保证健身效果,我们试图在对一些不同项目专项课的学生若干指标的监测中发现一些规律,为不同专项课运动负荷的掌握提供参考。研究结果表明,不同专项课适宜运动负荷建议达课平均心率120~140次/分之间,全课最佳心率范围时间宜在全课总时间的50~60%以上。并根据不同项目特点合理安排。
The different sport event classes of university could make different effects on students' body and health. In order to ensure and improve the effects of exercise during classes, regularity of some parameters and offer references for regulating the loading in classes. This study suggested that the suitable loading of sport classes represented by the heart rate was 120-140 s/min, the optimum heart rate divined the whole class-time was beyond 50-60%, and the different events should be plan in different ways.
