摘要
"低碳城市"是一个公众热议的话题,更是一项规划界急待推进与落实的工作。本文以低碳城市为核心理念,在对紧凑城市、新城市主义及绿道理论进行梳理的基础上,以小城市为研究对象,结合控制性详细规划进行初步的规划探索。提出了紧凑型空间规划和绿色环境规划的理念,并通过步行导向(POD)、混合开发(MIX)、生态导向(EOD)、慢行空间的规划对策作进一步落实,以期为小城市的控规编制提供些许低碳城市角度的思路参鉴。
'Low Carbon City' is a public debate topic, and it is also an urgent to promote and implement work in urban planning. In this paper, with the core concept of low-carbon city, On the basis of the theory of compact city, new urbanism and green way, the author choose the small city as case study, combined with regulatory detailed planning to make preliminary planning exploration. Put forward the concept of a compact space planning and green environmental planning, and implement the concept by Pedestrian Oriented Development, MIX, Ecology-Oriented Development and slow traffic space planning, in order to provide a reference for small cities' regulatory detailed planning.
