Cd对小麦种子萌发及幼苗早期生长的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Cadmium on Seed Germination and Early Seedlings Growth of Triticum Aestivum L.

摘要 以小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)为试材,通过室内培养皿萌发培养法,探讨了不同程度Cd污染(Cd2+浓度分别为0、10、20、40、60 mg/L)对小麦种子萌发和幼苗早期生长的影响。结果表明,在萌发早期,各浓度Cd2+处理对小麦种子的发芽率和发芽势没有显著影响,但随Cd2+浓度的提高,种子内淀粉酶活性显著(P<0.05)下降。Cd对小麦的影响主要体现在胚根和胚芽突出种皮以后植株的早期生长阶段,随Cd2+浓度提高,幼苗MDA积累量不断增加,说明膜脂过氧化程度加剧;Cd对叶绿素的影响表现为低促高抑,Cd2+浓度为10 mg/L时,促进叶绿素的合成,Cd2+浓度≥40 mg/L时,叶绿素总含量显著(P<0.05)低于对照组;随Cd2+浓度增加,小麦幼苗根长、苗高和植株总干重显著(P<0.05)降低,小麦生长受到抑制,且以浓度≥40 mg/L时抑制程度加重。 Effects of different levels of cadmium pollution(0,10,20,40,60 mg/L) on seed germination and early seedlings growth of Triticum aestivum L.were studied by indoor petri dish germination culture method.The results showed that in early stage of germination,Cd stress had no significant effects on seed germination.However,amylase activities markedly decreased with the increase of Cd level(P&lt;0.05).The effect of Cd on wheat mainly occurred in early growth stage of the geminated seedlings after radical and germ was out of the seed capsule,the accumulation of MDA increased with Cd level(P&lt;0.05),indicating that Cd stress intensified the lipid peroxidation in wheat seedlings.Furthermore,chlorophyll content in leaves of wheat seedlings was raised by 10 mg/L Cd,while decreased when Cd level was higher than 40 mg/L(P&lt;0.05).Moreover,with the increase of Cd level,seedlings growth of wheat were inhibited by Cd stress especially above 40 mg/L(P&lt;0.05),judging from the decrease in root length,shoot height and dry weight.
