基于人体生理指标的热防护服整体防护作用评价标准探讨 被引量:7

摘要 热防护服包括高温工作服、消防战斗服等,是高温环境下人体安全防护的重要装备。现有的热防护服性能评价标准,或以防护服装材料性能评估整体性能,或通过整套防护服装的热阻、湿阻等指标评价防护服装性能。这些性能评价标准缺少对实际热环境下热应力的考虑,无法满足实际工作需求。因此,应在实验室条件下,应用环境实验舱模拟指定热应力,通过人体模型模拟人体生理功能,建立遵循"人体-服装-环境"系统观点的热防护服装防护作用评价方法标准。 Thermal protective clothing protects human safety in high-temperature environment,such as the high-temperature overalls,fire-fighting clothing,and so on. There are several standards to evaluate the performance of thermalprotective clothing.The standards evaluate the overall performance through the measurement of clothing materials,or the measurement of the performance indicators such as thermal resistance and evaporative resistance. These standards cannot meet the needs of practical work,because the thermal stress is not considered well. Therefore,new protective performance evaluation standards should be established. The standards base on the system perspective of human,clothing and environment. The thermal stress is simulated by the environmental chamber,and the physiological functions are simulated by thermalmanikin.
