摘要
增强国营大中型企业的活力对我国经济的发展和社会主义制度的巩固具有重大意义。如从理论上对这一问题进行深入研究,将会有力地指导实践。本文在这方面作了探讨,从恩格斯的论述中提出了理论依据,并结合我国的改革实践进行了分析、论述,尤其对公有制企业的管理体制和运行机制问题进行了重点阐述。
To reinforce the vitality of the large and medium-size State-owned enterprises is of great significance to the economic development and to the consolidation ofsocialist system in China.A deep-going study on this issue on the theoretical levelwould spell an effective guide to our practice.This essay draws its theoretical basisfrom Engel's work and conducts some analysis and theoretical demonstration in thelight of China's practice of economic reform,with stress laid on.the managerialsystem of enterprises of public ownership as well as the system of execution thereof.
