摘要
从学科馆员服务背景、服务主体、服务内容、服务方式着手,分析学科馆员服务涉及到的各要素,并在此基础上提出应从信息环境、国家政策、行业规范、教育体制4个方面寻求学科馆员服务发展的有利条件。着重讨论微观层面上的支撑机制要素内容,提出图书馆应当从管理体制、资源保障机制、技术保障机制、人才保障机制4个方面完善对学科馆员服务的支撑。
Subject librarian service has been developed in many libraries but it seems that it doesn't achieve the expectation.This paper starts with the various elements involved in subject librarian service from the aspects of the background,the main body,the content and the mode of the service,and analyzes the elements of the support mechanism in macro-level and micro-level.In macro-level we should seek favorable conditions for service development from the information environment,national policies,industry standards and education system.In micro-level we should focus on the management system,collection development accessibility,technologies and talents guarantee to support the subject librarian service.
