摘要
本文认为,阶层地位不一致性是一个人在不同维度的地位序列中处于不同的、甚至是矛盾的等级的状况;地位不一致性是社会转型的一个必然结果,具有导致社会孤立、身心病症、腐败行为、社会变革、社会流动努力、平衡紧张与压力等方面的影响。
This essay suggests that strata status inconsistency is a different or even contradictionary ranking situation in which anyone lies in orders of different dimensions. It is also an inevitable result of social transformation and will cause such influence as social isolation, symptoms in body and mind,corrupt behavior, social reform,efforts of social mobility and balance of nervousness and social pressure.
