摘要
观察了耐力性游泳训练对大鼠睾丸金属结合蛋白(testis metalbinding protein,TMBP)诱导性的影响,以及这些大鼠力竭性游泳后,TMBP、睾酮和锌等金属离子含量的动态变化,探讨了它们之间的关系。结果显示:耐力性游泳训练促使大鼠TMBP的诱导合成,使TMBP的基础水平较高。经过耐力性游泳训练的大鼠力竭性游泳后,TMBP不再大量诱导合成,表明力竭性游性的刺激作用已经减弱,说明TMBP具有对其诱导刺激因素产生适应的特性。游泳运动训练可使大鼠辜丸辜酮含量在力竭性游泳运动后加速恢复,并使辜九锌离子的含量游后变化不明显,这些均可能与高含量的TMBP有关。
Effects of endurance swim training on induction of testis metal-binding protein (TMBP) as well as the dynamic changes of TMBP, testosterone, and zinc contents in tests of the exhausted rats were observed. The results showed that TMBP could be induced to a high level by endurance swimming but no longer induced to a much higher level by exhausted swimming in the trained rats. This indicated that the effect of exhausted swimming to induce TMBP had decreased, and that the inducibility of TMBP had the character of adaptability to its stimulus factors. Exercise training could accelerate testosterone synthesis to return to normal and remain zinc contents unchanged in tests of trained rats after exhausted swimming, which might be relative to the high basal level of TMBP.
