摘要
我国法律对农村少数民族妇女作为特殊群体平等地享有受教育权予以了确认和保障。但实践中广大农村少数民族妇女受教育权的平等性存在较大缺失,有多种因素制约其受教育平等权的实现。应制订相应政策和措施,完善法律法规,保障农村少数民族妇女受教育平等权的实现。
The law in China affirms and guarantees the ethnic minority woman's right of receiving education while in reality,the equality of receiving education for woman is not that satisfied.There are many factors that restrict the realization of equal right for education hence we should make relevant law and take effective measures to make the law and regulation perfect so as to guarantee the realization of ethnic minority woman enjoying equal right for education.
