On the Developing Trajectory:Main Characteristics and Transforming Ideas of Dualistic Economic Structure in Tibet

摘要西藏在经济发展水平上属于我国欠发达地区,经济结构具有双重二元性,这是西藏经济结构的主要特征。为了统筹西藏城乡经济发展,文章采用比较劳动生产率、二元对比系数和二元反差系数,对1978～2006年西藏二元经济结构的演进轨迹进行测算,得出西藏二元经济结构的演进具有波动性、产业产值结构与就业结构严重错位、工业化和城市化进程严重滞后等重要特征,并从现阶段西藏的区情出发,得出西藏经济结构已经从"非典型"过渡到"较为典型"的二元经济结构的结论。 The level of economic development in Tibet belonging to the underdeveloped regions in China,the main feature of Tibetan economic structure is its dualism.To co-ordinate the towns and countrysides economic development in Tibet,the thesis adopts the method of comparing the labor productivity,binary contrast factors and the contrast between the dual coefficient,to study the developing trajectory of Tibetan economy during 1978-2006,then get some important characteristics about Tibtan economy as following:the dualistic economic structure there is undulate,the output value of industry structure and employment structure in Tibet is serious dislocation,and industrialization and urbanization process is seriously lagged behind others,and according to Tibetan situation in nowadays,that Tibet's economic structure has changed from 'nontypical' dualistic economic structure to a 'typical' one.
