摘要
乡村城市化不仅是职业结构、产业结构的转变,更是生活方式、思想观念、人口素质的提升。加快乡村城市化发展是打破城乡二元结构、统筹城乡发展的必然方向,然而乡村城市化发展受到基础设施、制度、社会、经济、产业等多种制约因素的影响,面临着人口、土地、文化、生态等冲突问题。为此,不仅要创新大中小城市、小城镇的多样化道路探索,还应在顶层设计科学化、城乡治理协同化、产业体系系统化、基础设施完善化、文化软实力同步化等方面做好保障性工作。应进一步加强理论研究,创新实证方法研究,有针对性地开展区域典型案例研究,推进学科系统化和研究视角多元化。
The urbanization of rural areas is not only the change of professional structure and industrial structure, but also the improvement of life style, ideology and population quality. Speeding up the rural city development is the inevitable direction to break up the two structure in urban and rural areas. But urbanization and rural development is influenced by infrastructure, system, society and economy, industry and other factors, and is faced the population, land, culture, ecology and other conflict problems. Therefore, we could not only innovate to explore the diversification of medium and small city and small towns, but also we could do security work in scientific top-level design, collaborative governance system, urban and rural industry system, improved infrastructure, and cultural soft power synchronization etc.. It is necessary to further strengthen the theoretical research, innovate the empirical research methods, carry out the typical case study of the region, and promote the systematization of the discipline and the diversification of research perspective.
