摘要
"安全梦"是"中国梦"序列中的"第一愿景","保合太和"是中国历史上对安全的最早"梦想"。文章通过对"安全梦"的历史源起、现实诉求、未来图景的解读,着重阐述了"保合太和"、"和谐平安"与"优态共存"的基本内涵。"保合太和"是《易经》"和易性"涵义的范畴提升",和谐平安"是"社会安全"与"人的安全"价值性追求的理性表达",优态共存"是走向未来的安全治理的范式建构。通过解读"保合太和",文章揭示了"平安中国"与"优态共存"对中国社会安全理想的传承性与实现这一理想的情景性,强调了没有"安全梦"的落实就难有"中国梦"的憧憬。
'Security Dream' is 'First Expectation' in the sequence of 'Chinese Dream' and 'Security of Peace and Supreme Harmony' are the earliest 'dream' for security in Chinese history.The essay writer,from the historical origin,realistic resort and interpretation of future image,expounds as priority the basic connotation of 'Security of Peace and Supreme Harmony','Harmony and Peace' and 'Existence in Superior State.'Security of Peace and Supreme Harmony ' is the elevated category of the connotation of 'feasibility' in Book of Change.'Harmony and Peace' is the rational manifestation of pursuit for the values 'social security' and 'people's security' 'Security in superiority' as the paradigm construction of security control towards future.By interpreting 'security in peace and supreme harmony',the essay reveals that 'peaceful China' and ideal inheritance of 'coexistence in superior state' on China's social security and the situation of such an ideal fulfillment,with stress on 'Chinese dream' out of 'Security Dream' in place.
