摘要
介绍我国食品安全特别是旅游食品安全的现状,分析当前旅游食品安全和监管体制存在的问题与弊端,提出构建旅游食品大监管的机制、严格执法与诚信体系建设、加强食品安全知识宣传等旅游食品安全监管的对策。
The article summarizes China's food safety,especially the status of the tourism food safety,analyses the current tourism food safety and the managing system existence question,proposes some management measures: setting up a tourism food regulatory system,strict law enforcement,construction of credit system,promoting awareness of the knowledge on food safety.
