摘要
以醋酸钡((CH3COO)2Ba 2H2O))和四氯化锡(SnCl4 5H2O)为原料,采用有机碱四甲基氢氧化铵(N(CH3)4OH)作为矿化剂,用共沉淀法得到钙钛型锡酸钡纳米粉体。通过X射线衍射图谱(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)分析方法表征产物的晶体结构和形态。结果表明:用该方法在500℃煅烧一个小时能够制得具有立方体的BaSnO3纳米晶体。
Perovskite BaSnO3 nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method using (CH3COO)2Ba 2H2O and SnCl4 5H2O as materials and the organic base tetramethylammonium hydroxide (N(CH3)4OH) as a mineralizer. The microstructure and morphology were investigated by the XRD ,IR and TG-DTA methods, The results show that BaSnO3 nanoparticles obtained by this method shares an cubic structure at 500℃ for 1h.
