摘要
我国高校教师职业道德水平不是整齐划一的,存在不同的层次。因此,师德建设应考虑到高校教师的职业特点,并根据教师职业道德的不同层次提出不同的要求,引导教师不断提升自身的职业道德水平。
The professional ethics level of college teachers is not uniform in China.Therefore,to improve Teacher professional ethics constantly,we should put forward different requirements according to the characteristics and the different levels of college teacher professional morality.
