摘要
作为一种职业,教师职业既有其自身特殊性,也有一般职业所共有的普遍性;教师职业的职业道德,是有层次性的,不能单纯从某一层面去认识和要求;教师职业从业者——教师,也是一个个具体、现实的人,其职业道德素质受各种具体情况的影响;总体上,我国教师职业道德是值得肯定的。继续提高教师职业道德建设要以理性的态度,从多方面切实进行。
Teaching as a career has its own special and universal features. The hierarchical teaching ethics shall not be understood from one hierarchy alone. Teacher, as a specific person, has his professional ethics affected by various factors. In general, the teaching ethics in China is satisfactory. We shall improve teaching ethics in various ways with rational attitudes.
