摘要
采用低温等离子体脱除液化气中的硫醇,考察了停留时间、放电功率、击穿功率等参数对等离子体脱硫的影响。实验发现:但当放电功率过高时,等离子体反应器会产生击穿现象。实验结果表明,低温等离子体可以有效降低液化石油气中硫醇。当放电功率65 W、停留时间为200 s时,液化气的硫醇转化率达到94%以上。
Mercaptan in LPG was removed by non-thermal plasma in the Lab.Effects of some parameters(such as residence time,discharge power,puncture power)on the removal efficiency were investigated.The results show that non-thermal plasma can effectively remove mercaptan in LPG;the conversion rate of mercaptan in LPG is above 94% when the discharge power is 65 W and the residence time is 200 s.
