摘要
近30年,低温等离子体(Non-thermal plasma, NTP)技术的研究和在环境保护领域的应用取得了长足的进步。NTP技术在空气污染物净化、特别是挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)、NOx和SO2的消除等方面得到了越来越广泛的应用。本综述介绍了NTP的产生和消除污染物的基本原理,重点阐述其在处理空气污染物领域的应用,分析影响NTP处理效率的因素,总结NTP与其他技术联用的研究现状,并为如何更好地应用NTP技术提出了建议。
In the last thirty years, non-thermal plasma (NTP) technology has been developed for the envi-ronmental protection, which has been more and more widely used in air pollutants, especially in volatile organic compounds (VOCs), NOx, SO2, etc. This work systematically introduces the me-chanism of producing NTP and eliminating pollutants, and highlights its application to the treat-ment of air pollutants. Furthermore, the influencing factor of treatment efficiency of the NTP and the current research situation of the NTP combined with other technologies are further summa-rized and analyzed. At last, this paper puts forward a promising viewpoint to better use the Non-thermal Plasma technology.
