摘要
人力资源管理是高校为了让学生适应现代社会需求而开设的新课程,该课程具有前沿性、实践性强的特点。文章分析了理工类院校中工商管理专业人力资源管理课程设置和教学中存在的问题,并根据理工类院校学生的特点,从掌握该课程的必要性、教学方法和教学内容上进行相关探索和研究,并提出了课程设置和教学方法等多方面的优化和改革措施。
Human Resources Management is a new course offered by the colleges for the students,adapting to the demand of modern society.This course provides the most advanced and practical review of human resource management.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the curriculum and teaching in the course of HRM,offered for the students majoring in the industry and business administration in the science and engineering colleges.Based on the features of the students in science and engineering college,it discusses the necessity of this course.The teaching methods and teaching content are also concerned.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and strategies in related to the curriculum design and teaching method.
