摘要
针对青贮饲料的特点和畜牧业养殖户的要求,创新设计了2ZLF-500型轮刀式青贮饲料切碎机,阐述了该机的结构组成和工作过程,并对主要工作部件结构和参数进行了设计,确定了其主要技术参数。该机的设计提高了饲草的青贮质量、饲草使用的可靠性和利用率,对饲草青贮技术的推广应用、促进畜牧业的持续稳定发展和形成节粮型的畜牧业结构都具有十分重要的意义。
This article,according to the characteristics of silage and demand of animal husbandry breeding farmers,innovatively designs 2ZLF-500 Flywheel Chopper for Silage and expounds the structure and working process.Besides,the structure of the main working parts and parameters have also been designed,as its main technical parameters confirmed.The machine designs to increase the quality of forage silage,forage grass reliability and utilization,and has a great important on the popularization and application of forage grass silage technology and promoting the sustainable and stable development of animal husbandry,forming the forage-saving animal husbandry structure.
