摘要
目的:考察荷叶乙醇提取液不同干燥方式对总黄酮含量的影响。方法:分别采用常压干燥、减压干燥、喷雾干燥、冷冻干燥及红外干燥的方式对荷叶乙醇提取液进行干燥处理,采用紫外分光光度法对不同干燥方式所得干膏总黄酮进行含量测定,并进行方差分析。结果:各干燥方式对荷叶总黄酮含量影响无显著性差异。结论:不同干燥方式对荷叶干膏中总黄酮含量影响不大,其中红外干燥方式所需的成本最低、效率最高。
Objective:To investigate the content of the total flavonoids from lotus leaves extracted by alcohol and dried in different ways.Methods:Normal pressure drying,vacuum drying,spray drying,freeze-drying and infrared drying methods were used to treat alcoholic extracts of lotus leaf,the total flavonoids of drying pastes were separately detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method,and the variances were also analyzed.Results:Non-significant difference was found in the content of the total flavoloids treated by different drying ways.Conclusion:The content of the total flavonoids of each sample was only lightly influenced by drying crafts,while the infrared drying method needed lowest cost and made highest efficiency.
