乳腺癌患者化疗后认知功能障碍的研究现状 被引量：8

摘要 近些年随着化疗药物和化疗方案的发展,已经确认化疗能降低癌症复发的风险,且能延长生存时间,但有研究表明化疗仅能够引起生存期的轻微延长。近期,一项对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗研究也证实了这个观点[1]。然而,自20世纪70年代中期,有研究报道指出化疗能引起认知功能障碍。很多患者自述在接受化疗后出现记忆力减退。
