摘要
采用超临界CO2流体萃取从沙姜中提取沙姜精油,然后使用分子蒸馏进行纯化,所得产物经GC-MS检测,其主要成分对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯的相对含量从74%提高到90%以上。
Essential oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction from Rhizoma Kaempferiae and was further purified by molecular distillation.The prepared product was detected by GC-MS and the results showed that the relative amount of ethyl p-methoxycinnamate was raised to over 90% from 74%.
