摘要
基于高职艺术类学生核心竞争力的内涵与特征,提出高职艺术类学生核心竞争力的培养途径:践行"大艺术教育观",孕育高职艺术生"德艺双馨"的艺术素养;优化艺术教育课程体系,提高高职艺术生专业能力;深化工学合作人才培养模式改革,彰显高职艺术生实践能力;贯彻因材施教的育人原则,突出高职艺术生个性培养,等等。
Based on the connotation and characteristics of the core competence for students in vocational colleges of art,the paper puts forward training ways of the core competence.We should implement 'the concept of grand art education',and cultivate the artistic quality of highly accomplished both in art and virtue;optimize the curriculum of art education,and improve students' major competence in vocational colleges of art;deep the reform of the talents training model of 'combination of practice and study',and highlight students' practical ability;implement the principle of individualized education,and highlight students' personality development in vocational colleges of art.
