摘要
目的:探讨中药人才的培养模式。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析市场需求,研究中药人才的培养模式。结果:中药产业是国家战略性产业,中药产业的现代化、国际化需要大量的新型中药人才,特别是具有中药生产、炮制、质量、调配、市场推广、国际贸易知识的高级应用型人才。结论:为满足市场需求,应调整中药人才培养模式,采用"2+1"的模式。
Objective:To explore the effects of the Chinese Medicine Talent cultivation mode.Methods:Retrospective analysis,analysis of market demand,the cultivation of Chinese Medicine talent model.Results:Chinese Medicine industry is a national strategic industry,modernization and internationalization of medicine industry requires a lot of new Chinese Medicine talent,especially with the Chinese Medicine production,processing,quality,allocation,marketing,international trade knowledge talents of advanced applications.Conclusion:In order to meet market demand,we should be adjusted medicine training mode,a '2 +1' model.
