卵巢动脉血流变化与卵泡发育不良的关系 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨卵巢动脉血流变化与卵泡发育不良的关系。方法:采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声监测25例卵泡发育不良妇女68个月经周期的卵泡发育及卵巢血流灌注情况,记录卵泡大小及卵巢动脉的搏动指数(PI),阻力指数(RI),并检测其卵泡期的血清E2及LH水平。另选27例正常排卵的妇女作为对照组。结果:对照组排卵侧卵巢动脉PI和RI值随着卵泡的生长逐渐减低,且与对侧比较两指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05);病例组两侧卵巢动脉的PI、RI值比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。病例组72%(18/25)的患者卵泡期E2及LH水平低于正常参考值,4例在正常值低限。结论:卵巢动脉血流变化会影响卵泡的生长发育,PI和RI值可作为监测卵泡生长发育的指标。 Objective To study on the relationship between the blood flow of ovarian artery and follicular maldevelopment by Trans-vaginal color Doppler sonography(TV-CDS).Methods The size of follicle,pulsatility index(PI)and resistent index(RI)of ovarian artery,the serum levels of E2 and LH in follicular phase were recorded for 68 menstrual cycle in 25 women with follicular maldevelopment.Another 27 women of normal ovarian in childbearing age were selected as control group.Results The PI and RI values of ovarian artery in ovulation side were decreased following the development of follicular in control group,and they were all signifcantly lower than those of non-ovulation side(P0.05).The serum levels of E2 and LH in 72%(18/25)patients with follicular maldevelopment were lower than normal reference value,and even the levels of another 4 cases were reached the lower limit.Conclusion The change of blood flow in ovarian artery could affect the development of follicular,and the values of PI and RI could be used as reference indexes for follicular development monitoring.
