摘要
针对多阶段、多设备以及精炼工序重数不同的炼钢连铸生产调度问题,建立了综合考虑工序设备指派和作业时间安排的非线性规划模型,提出了基于专家系统的设备指派、基于人机交互的邻域搜索与基于模型转换的时间优化相结合的三阶段炼钢连铸混合智能优化调度方法.该调度方法应用于国内某大型钢厂的生产调度,在减少钢水冗余等待时间、提高设备负荷率方面获得显著成效.
A non-linear programming model is established which considers both assignment of machine and time arrangement for the production environment with multi-stage,multi-machine and different refining number.A hybrid intelligent optimal scheduling method is presented which included assignment of machine based on expert system,neighborhood search based on man-machine interaction,and time optimization based on model conversion.Finally,the scheduling method is successfully applied to a large steel plant.Applied resu...
