摘要
针对炼钢-连铸区段天车调度问题多机多任务的特点,以天车行驶路程最短、天车间负载时间差异最小、所有吊运任务的总运输时间最短为目标函数,以天车执行任务时受到的时空约束为约束条件,建立了多目标天车调度模型。设计了分区、择车、冲突消解等调度规则以表达天车运行特征。基于调度规则的思想,提出了一种启发式算法对模型进行求解。最后,采用某钢厂钢水接收跨的生产数据进行检验,对比分析模型求解得到的3组调度方案,说明了模型的有效性和可行性,对实际生产过程中的天车调度具有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at crane scheduling with the characteristics of multi-machine and multi-task in the steelmaking and continuous casting section, a multi-objective model was built to minimize the total crane trolley, the difference of crane load rate, and the total transportation time of all jobs. The multi-objective crane scheduling model took the time and space constraints of the crane to perform the task as constraints. The scheduling rules such as partition rules, crane selection rules, and conflict resolution rules were designed to express the characteristics of the crane. Based on the idea of scheduling rules, a heuristic algorithm was proposed to solve the model. Finally, the steel production data of a steel mill was used for inspection, the three sets of scheduling schemes obtained by the comparative analysis model were used to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the model method, which could be a useful tool for crane scheduling in the actual production.
