摘要
非营利组织是不以营利为目的的向社会提供服务的介于政府组织、营利机构之间的组织。也可以称其为"第三部门组织"。私人性、非政府性、非营利性、志愿性、奉献性、和营利组织的对立性是它的特征。非营利组织在推动社会自治、协调政府和公民的关系等方面有着积极的作用。
Nonprofit Organization is an organization between government and profitmaking organization. It does not aim for profit, but offers services for the society. It can also be called 'the third sector organization'. It is characterized by its being private, nongovernmental, nonprofitmaking, volunteer, contributing and its opposition against the profitmaking organizations. Nonprofit Organization has active functions in promoting social autonomy and harmonizing her relations with the government and its people.
