摘要
随着时代的发展,教师教育的概念逐渐取代师范教育并得到了普遍认同,师范学校的发展开始面临严重困难。在这种形势下,师范学校如何应时而动,及时调整自身的培养目标和办学思路,就成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。
With the development of times,teachers' education has taken the place of normal school's education gradually,and the view has been agreed commonly.Developing nomal schools are facing a set of serious problenms.Under this situation,it becomes an urgent problem for normal schools to change,adjusting their training goals in time and guiding principles for running them.
