摘要
随着中国社会生产力的高度发展,人民生活水平的提高,余暇时间的增多和对身心健康追求的日益高涨,使得人们对健康的意识越来越强。全民健身活动的蓬勃发展,对社会体育指导员队伍的发展壮大及其建设提出了新的要求。同时,社会体育指导员的发展也加快了体育生活化、大众化、社会化、科学化和产业化的发展步伐。因此,清楚地了解社会体育指导员的发展现状以及需求也越来越重要。
