摘要
针对层状复合材料中疲劳裂纹扩展的复杂路径 ,用最大正应力法则探讨了疲劳裂纹的扩展方向问题 ;并利用有效解决高梯度问题的数值方法——任意线法对实测试件进行了数值分析 ;所预测的裂纹扩展方向再与铝片构成的层状复合材料进行疲劳断裂实验的结果相对比 ,二者完全一致。这种一致性不仅初步证明了这一方法的正确性和适用性 。
For the complicated path of fatigue crack growth in laminated composites, the directions of growth are studied by using the maximum normal stress criterion Tests are analyzed numerically by means of the Method of Arbitrary Lines which is very effective to tackle high gradient problems Finally, the prediction of the numerical results for the direction of crack growth is compared and is found to be in good accord with the experimental results in laminated composites made of aluminium plies The consistency shows the correctness and applicability of this approach, facilitating the solution to the whole process of fatigue crack growth in laminated composites
