摘要
作者从福建各地不同作物根围和根际土壤中筛选出拮抗茄科青枯病一些菌株,其中有一芽孢杆菌的强拮抗菌株(TH_2),研究认为该菌株不仅对茄科的青枯病病菌有抑制作用,而且对Xanthomonas camperctris.及Erwina carotovora的病原细菌和Peronospora parasitica的病原真菌都有抑制作用,抑菌谱广。田间小区试验证明TH2菌滤液可以防治姜瘟病、白菜软腐病、花椰菜黑腐病等。
Bacillus subtilis, TH_2 stain was selected from some antibiotic—producing bacterium strainies in Fujian. The antagonistic spectrum and antifungal mechanism of TH_2 strain's antibiotic substance and the control experiments were reported in this paper. The experiments showed that TH_2 stain could effecienlly control the disease with Erwina carotovora, Peronospora parasitica, Xanthomonas camperctris , Pesudomonas solancerum at all in the fields。
