摘要
围绕转变教育观念、明确办学目标、构建人才培养模式、建立教育质量保障系统等重要问题阐述了应用型本科教育 。
This article expounds application oriented undergraduate education from four sides: changing educational concept; knowing clearly the aim for running a college; forming a talented personnel trained model and building up education quality secured system. It also gives a thought of training applicaion oriented undergraduate students.
