摘要
高校图书馆电子阅览室是一种以现代网络技术为依托,以计算机、数据库、网络通讯、多媒体等技术为特征的电子化、数字化的网络电子信息资源查询、浏览系统,是为高校师生提供网络信息及电子文献资源检索、阅览服务的场所。其服务内容一般包括中外数据库信息检索、辅助教学服务、多媒体阅览、馆藏电子读物阅览、利用网络通讯手段开展互联网上网学习,包含健康的娱乐、休闲等。
The electronic reading room of college library is an electronic and digital network information resources,inquiries and browsing system which depends on modern network technology.Its characteristics these technologies,such as computer,database,network communications and multimedia.It is also a resource retrieval and reading service establishment which provide network information and electronic document for college teachers and students.In general,its services include database information retrieval at home and abroad,aid teaching services,multimedia viewing,electronic readings and using network communications methods to conduct Internet leaning,like health entertainment,leisure and so on.
