摘要
本文就雍正七、八年间发生的“江南案”，通过有关原始档案文献的考察分析，揭述还原本案初始面目，同时也对雍正朝的兴狱立案的规律及雍正中期江南的明遗民情结及江湖境况等问题做一探讨。
Based on primary archival sources, this paper investigates the Jiangnan Case that took place in the seventh and eighth years of the Yongzheng reign. It also addresses the establishment of legal precedents during the Yongzheng reign. the mud of adherents to the Ming dynasty and the social conditions in Jiangnan.
