摘要
农民、农业和农村问题一直是我国经济发展中的一个基本问题。解决“三农”问题应坚持以科学发展观为指导,千方百计增加农民收入,增加农村资金投入,加强基础设施和公益事业建设,推进农村城镇化建设。
The problems of peasants,agriculture and countryside are always the basic problems in our national economy development.To solve these problems,we should be guided by the sense of scientific development,increase peasants' income by every possible means,and strengthen the construction of infrastructure and public utilities to promote the urbanization of countryside.
