摘要
恐怖主义是由个人、群体、组织甚至国家基于政治目的 ,为了在尽可能广泛的范围内制造恐怖气氛 ,针对政府、公众或个人使用暴力或以暴力相威胁的行动。恐怖主义是现代社会的产物 ,现代社会特殊的政治、经济、意识形态催生了恐怖主义 ,现代社会的技术条件使恐怖主义成为可能。
Terrorism is the violent or intimidating activity that anindividual,group,organization,or even a state takes against the relative government,community or another individual for certain political reasons in order to create a terrorist atmosphere in as wide range as possible.It is the result of modern society,especially the politics,economy and ideology in which bring forth it,and the hightech circumstances in which makes its existence possible.
