摘要
企业只有不断提高人力资源管理水准 ,实践创新的管理方式 ,才能取得企业和社会的长期效益。参考国内外文献并结合我国企业人力资源演变过程进行分析 。
Olny of increasing the level of human resources management and practicing new management models will the pharmaceutical enterprises get all the benefit of consumer company and society for a long time.Survey and analysis were based on the domestic and foreign documents,and combined with the developing process of human resources management of enterprises in China to study the human resources management and new management models.
