摘要
目的评估川芎嗪对大鼠一侧大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)后两侧额叶、丘脑、小脑、下丘脑局部脑血流量RegionalCerebralBloodFlowrCBF变化的干预作用。方法线栓法建立大鼠一侧MCAO模型,用氢清除法测定两侧额叶、丘脑、小脑、下丘脑MCAO后1、3、6、24hrCBF。结果一侧MCAO后,两侧额叶皮层、丘脑、下丘脑、对侧小脑rCBF下降,至24h恢复正常;川芎嗪干预组,两侧1、3、6、24hrCBF。结果一侧MCAO后,两侧额叶皮层、丘脑、下丘脑、对侧小脑rCBF下降,至24h恢复正常;川芎嗪干预组额叶、丘脑、下丘脑、对侧小脑rCBF较未用药组增加P<0.05。结论川芎嗪可减轻远隔部位脑功能障碍。
Objective To observe the alteration of rCBF of bilateral frontal lobes, thalamuses, cerebellums and hypothalamus after uni-lateral middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) in rat, Evaluate the effects of intervention of ligustrazine (LZ). Method To establish a model of MCAO in rat according to Zea Longa's method and divide animals into 3 groups: and measure rCBF in different times(1,3,6,24h) after MCAO by hydrogen clearance method. Result The rCBF of bilateral frontal lobes, thalamuses and hypothalamus, crossed cerebellum decreased after MCAO. The rCBF increases as time goes, and at 24h,will recover to normal level except hypothalamus and crossed cerebel-lum. Conclusion The rCBF of bilateral frontal lobes, thalamuses, hypothalamus and crossed cerebellum increases in the group those received LZ compared with those without LZ (P< 0.05 ~0.01).
