L-盐酸赖氨酸对小鼠全脑缺血后能量代谢的影响

摘要 目的 观察L-盐酸赖氨酸(LMH)对小鼠全脑缺血后能量代谢的影响和脑保护作用。方法 断头法造成全脑缺血模型;给药方式分急性和慢性两种。观察药物对动物断头后张口喘气持续时间的影响,并用Lowryy法测定脑乳酸(LA)、磷酸肌酸(PCr)ATP的含量。结果 与生理盐水(NS)组相比,LMH 8.84 g/kg急性或慢性给药,LMH4.42 g/kg只在慢性给药都能显著延长喘气持续时间(P< 0.05),降低LA含量(P< 0.01),提高ATP(P< 0.01)和PCr(P< 0.001)。结论 LMH能改善小鼠全脑缺血后脑组织的能量代谢,具有脑保护作用。 Objective To observe the effect of L-lysine monohydrochloride (LMH)on brain energy metabolism and brainprotecting action in the whole brain ischemia of mice.Method The whole brain ischemia model was caused by decapitation of mice.the experiment is divided into two kinds:acute and chronic groups.the contents of Lactate(LA),ATP and Phosphocreatine(PCr)in brain were determined by lowryy method.The effect of LMH on the persistent time of gasping after decapitation of mice is observed.Result compared with the normal saline group,LMH 8.84 g/kg,in both acute or chronic group LMH 4.42 g/kg is used in chronic group,significantly lengthened the persistent time of gasping(P< 0.05),decreased the LA contents(P< 0.01),and increased both ATP (P< 0.01)and PCr(P< 0.001)contents.Conclusion LMH can improve energy metabolism of brain tissue in decapitated mice,and it has brain-protecting action.
