摘要 目的 研究过度训练对机体肝细胞功能的影响。方法通过对大鼠进行为期8周的力竭性游泳训练建立大鼠过度训练模型,并测定血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶等酶的活性以及三羟胆汁酸(TBA)含量。结果(1)过度训练组血清组谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的活性均显著高于对照组和1 h训练组,谷草转氨酶活性显著高于对照组;(2)过度训练组血清三羟胆汁酸含量显著高于对照组和1 h训练组。结论血清酶活性在一定程度上可反映肝细胞的损伤,动态观察静息时血清三羟胆汁酸的含量可特异地反映肝细胞的功能状态。 Objective in order to explore the effect of exercise training on the liver function.Method the over-training model was established by exhaustive swimming training for 8 weeks,and the activities of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALAT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST)and trihydrobile acid (TBA)content were determined.Result (1)The activitise of serum ALAT and AST in over-training group were higher than those in control group and in 1 hr training group significantly.The serum ALAT activity was no significantly difference between 1 hr training group and control group,but the serum AST activity was higher than that in control group significantly.(2)The serun TBA content in over-training group was higher than that in control group and in 1 hr training group significantly,there was no significantly difference between 1 hr training group and control group.Conclusion the activity of serum enzymes might reflect the hepatocyte injury to some edgree,but those were short of specificity.Dynamic observation of serum TBA content might specifically reflect the condiction of liver function,and has major significance to evaluate the organism's function and to prevent the occurrence of cxercise fatigue or over-training.
